Return & Exchange Policy

We have a priority aim to enhance the shopping experience of our valuable customers. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. 

We have a 10-day Exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange product.


To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, with system generated invoice (Mandatory), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exchange Process:

  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be Exchanged, like custom products (such as pre bookings, special orders, or personalized items, shrinked & stitched), and personal care goods (such as beauty jewellery products). We also do not accept Exchange from other stores not associated with Jamal Collection. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Exchange on Sale or discounted items.

  • Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Refunds or Exchange Notification/Call

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchanged item, and let you know if the Exchange of product was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be acknowledged about refunds on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company payment to be settled in our account. We will share a voucher if balance is left from our side so you can use it in future.

 

ORDER CANCELATION:
You may not cancel any Paid or order for custom stich product(s). Once a product is shipped or proceed for stitching department, the 'Exchange and Return Policy' will apply for the order cancellations.
Jamal Collection has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. .

Note.
- Pre booking order is not eligible for cancellation.
- International orders are not eligible for cancellation / Return & Exchange.
